Your grandmother is permitted to breastfeed your paternal cousin under two conditions. This suckling establishes a prohibition on marrying his daughters, both from his paternal and maternal relatives, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "What is prohibited by lineage is also prohibited by suckling."
