If the product bears a symbol, such as a cross, or blasphemous words, it is impermissible to buy or sell it, as this promotes disbelief. If the product is free of symbols of disbelief but its description contains blasphemous words, it must also be boycotted to discipline the scoffer and make it clear that his mockery has harmed his sales. Such an evil must be denounced, because the interests of religion take precedence over all else.
