The story of the killing of Hussein bin Ali (may Allah be pleased with them both) and its details, as well as the names of those from the Household and others who were martyred with him (may Allah be pleased with all of them), have been mentioned previously. For further details, one can refer to Tarikh al-Islam by Al-Dhahabi, Shadharat al-Dhahab by Ibn al-Imad, Tarikh al-Khulafa by Al-Suyuti, and other reliable sources, while being cautious of other sources that may contain distortion and fabrication.
