Is it permissible for a chef who works in a restaurant to train chefs for another restaurant outside his working hours without the knowledge of the owner of the first restaurant?

It is not permissible for the chef to be asked to train cooks except with the permission of his employer, unless it is during his days off, which do not affect the flow of his official work.
