Does the saying of Imam Al-Shafi'i regarding the permissibility of increasing the remembrance of Allah and the prayer upon the Prophet when naming Allah over the slaughtered animal contradict Ibn 'Umar's disapproval of increasing the remembrance of Allah after sneezing?

First: The hadith reported by Ibn Umar concerning sneezing has a weak chain of transmission, and the majority of scholars hold that invoking blessings upon the Messenger at the time of sneezing is not legislated.

Second: When slaughtering, it is sunnah to say "Bismillah, Allahu Akbar" (In the name of Allah, Allah is the Greatest). However, invoking blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) is not legislated according to most scholars, as there is no report to support it, and so that the slaughter does not become for Allah and His Messenger. Imam Malik, Al-Layth ibn Sa'd, and a group of scholars disliked this, while Imam Shafi'i differed on this matter.
