Is it proper to recite specific supplications not reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and to commit to entering through a particular gate when entering the Sacred Mosque for those in Ihram?

Among the mistakes made upon entering the Sacred Mosque (Al-Haram):

1. Believing it is obligatory to enter through a specific gate, whereas it is permissible to enter through any gate, while stepping in with the right foot and reciting the supplication for entering the mosque.

2. Innovating specific supplications upon entering the mosque and seeing the Kaaba, which is a bid'ah (innovation).

3. Believing that the greeting for the Sacred Mosque (Al-Haram) is circumambulation (Tawaf) for everyone who enters it, while the correct view is that its greeting is two rak'ahs, like other mosques, unless the entry is with the intention of performing Tawaf, in which case the Tawaf suffices for the two rak'ahs.
