Is it permissible for you to combine the Asr and Dhuhr prayers (earlier combination) when traveling by plane from a remote area before the time for Asr prayer?
If a traveler intends to depart and the time for the first of the two combined prayers enters, he may perform jama‘ taqdeem (combining the Dhuhr and Asr prayers at the time of Dhuhr).
It is also permissible for him, while he is traveling, if the first time enters, to continue his journey until he stops and combines the two prayers at the time of the second.
It is better for one who is settled at the time of the first prayer to perform the second prayer early, but if he is traveling, it is better to delay the first prayer until the time of the second.
It is permissible for a traveler to perform jama‘ taqdeem while at his workplace, and if he reaches his place of residence at the time of the second prayer, he is not obligated to repeat the first prayer.
