Must one make up the prayers and fasts performed by one who wiped over his khuff without wearing it while in a state of purity, given his ignorance of their number?

A condition for wiping over the khuff (leather socks) is wearing them while in a state of purity (tahara). If a person wiped over his socks due to ignorance of this condition of purity, he is not required to make up the prayer (qada') according to a group of scholars. However, if he is able to make it up, it is more cautious. The correct view in these matters is that re-doing the prayer is not obligatory, because Allah has forgiven mistakes and forgetfulness. It is obligatory for a Muslim to learn what is necessary for the validity of his worship. He should make up the prayers he predominantly believes he missed if he is ignorant of the number. If a person abandons prayer and fasting after reaching puberty, he must repent to Allah and is not required to make them up, but he should increase his voluntary fasting and prayers.
