What is the reliable book on Islamic banking that a Muslim can use to ascertain the Islamic nature of banks when dealing with them?

First: Whoever desires to master the fiqh of financial transactions and commercial contracts, especially banking transactions, must study the chapters on transactions from the well-known books of fiqh, and then contemporary transactions, in order to connect them together to achieve a correct understanding and precise jurisprudence.

Second: It is incumbent upon whoever wishes to work in a bank to ask the people of knowledge in their country about the extent to which the bank adheres to Sharia.

Third: Whoever undertakes an act of worship or a transaction must know its rulings, and this is done through study and learning or by asking the people of knowledge.
