Is it permissible to marry without the parents' knowledge and delay informing them of the marriage due to the husband's circumstances?

A woman's marriage without the knowledge of her guardian (wali) is invalid if the guardian exists and is accessible. The proof of the invalidity of such a marriage is the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is null and void" – he said it three times. Despite the invalidity of this marriage, the effects of a valid marriage, such as the establishment of lineage, inheritance, and the obligation of the iddah (waiting period), are still applicable as long as the one who performed it believed it to be permissible. If the intention is to remarry correctly, it is not permissible except after the woman has cleared her womb by one menstrual cycle.
