What causes a husband to place a blanket between his legs at night and move it as if he is experiencing pleasure, despite regular marital relations, and why does he ask for his organ to be bitten during menstruation?

A husband who suffers from excessive lust must be helped to satisfy his desire through lawful means. It is not permissible for the husband to satisfy his lust through unlawful means, such as anally penetrating his wife or vaginally penetrating her during menstruation, or by using covers or other things, because Allah says: "And those who guard their private parts. Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed - But whoever seeks beyond that, then it is those who are the transgressors." The wife should advise her husband to stay away from sin. It is preferable for the wife to refrain from biting her husband's organ, even if there is no evidence of its prohibition.
