What is the ruling on renting out a place for a wedding party that includes music but no mixing of genders? And is the money generated from it permissible or unlawful?

The prevalent singing today is mostly ugly and forbidden, as it includes indecent lyrics, is accompanied by forbidden music, and features lewd movements. Therefore, it is not permissible to assist them in their evil or to participate in it. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." And among the forms of assistance is renting out places to them for the purpose of their evil. Thus, it is not permissible to rent out a villa or a resort for this purpose, unless the party is devoid of what has been mentioned.
