Will I be sinful if I give someone the frequency of an Islamic channel, but this frequency brings with it other non-committed and bad channels, knowing that my intention was only for the Islamic channel?

If you know that the person to whom you will give a satellite channel frequency will use it for permissible and beneficial purposes, then there is no harm in giving them the frequency. However, if you know that they will watch all sorts of channels, then it is not permissible for you to give them the frequency, because whatever leads to the unlawful is unlawful. Allah Almighty said: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." If you are unaware of their situation, then it is safer not to give them the frequency.
