What the girl did is considered among the preliminaries of intercourse. The majority of scholars hold that if someone performs any of the preliminaries of intercourse before the first tahallul, their Umrah is not invalidated by it. However, they must offer a (expiation), which is: fasting three days, or feeding six needy persons, or sacrificing a sheep.

As for the mentioned (ritual bath) she performed, it is sufficient for her.
