Which is better: building a mosque in Jordan or in an American village where there is no mosque and Muslims reside?

Building mosques has great merit. For whoever builds a mosque for Allah, even a small one, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise. This merit includes everyone who contributes to the building, and no place is preferred over another unless there is an urgent need to build a mosque in a specific area, such as a village in the United States where there is no mosque for Muslims, which makes building it there more meritorious.
