Does the amount of money saved by the father as a gift to his young son become part of the inheritance and distributed among the three children after his death?

Parents must be fair and equitable among their children in giving, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Be equitable among your children in giving," and his saying: "Fear Allah and be just among your children." It is not permissible to prefer some children over others except for a valid reason, such as need, seeking knowledge, or illness. Whoever shows preference without a cause sins, and it is incumbent upon him to return what he preferred or to give the others an equivalent amount. Therefore, the father must give each child what is equivalent to what he gave to others, or recall everything.
