Must prayers performed with ablution that was later found to have errors related to washing the hands, the limits of the face, the lips, and wiping the ears and head be repeated?

The answer contains four points:

1. Ablution is valid according to the Hanafis and Malikis if washing the hands first is done with the intention of obligation, and according to the Hanafis if it is done with the intention of recommendation.

2. Doubt about the entire face being covered with water after completing the worship does not affect it.

3. Wiping the head and ears three times during ablution is the view of some scholars.

4. The outer part of the lips is considered part of the outer face and must be washed during ablution. Not washing it invalidates the ablution. Whoever did not thoroughly wash her face must repeat all prayers performed with this invalid ablution, and she must continue making up these prayers until she is reasonably sure that she has fulfilled her obligation. The majority of scholars agree on the necessity of making up these prayers.
