Does the person who performed ablution need to re-wash all the limbs if he remembered that he did not cover his entire face with water in the second washing?

The second washing of the face in ablution (wudu') is a Sunnah. The action of someone who returned to perform it in order to ensure the entire face was covered with it is incorrect, as he should have continued with his ablution. What he did does not invalidate the ablution, though washing a limb more than three times is disliked (makruh). We advise the questioner to disregard whisperings (waswas) and not pay attention to them.
