Will a single person, who is in a state of ritual impurity (junub) due to masturbation, not be rewarded for his good deeds, such as enjoining good, removing harm, and helping the elderly, even if he performs a ritual bath (ghusl) after doing them?

If a Muslim performs a righteous deed while in a state of junub due to committing a forbidden act, he will be rewarded for his righteous deed, because Allah Almighty says: "So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it." Masturbation is forbidden, and a Muslim, if in a state of junub, should hasten to perform ghusl (definition). He must perform ghusl to perform the prayer.
