Is it permissible for the fourth partner, who did not contribute a financial share or work beyond bringing a financier one time, to take profits from a company of Inan (a type of partnership) over years while some partners are not pleased, and is it permissible for the partners to dissolve his absolute partnership without his consent?

"Anan Company" is a partnership where two or more individuals contribute their capital and labor. This is permissible by consensus (ijma'). If the partners include someone who did not contribute capital or perform work, then that person is not entitled to any share of the profit, unless they are known for attracting investors for a commission, in which case they are entitled to the customary commission. If such a person is registered in the company contract, it is permissible to remove them because the company contract is a permissible (ja'iz) and not a binding (ghair lazim) agreement.
