Is the wife entitled for her husband to seek her permission if he wishes to fast voluntarily, by analogy with the the obligation for him to seek her permission?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade a wife from observing voluntary fasts while her husband is present, except with his permission. This is because the husband has the right to enjoy her on all days. The wisdom behind this prohibition lies in the fact that the husband's right over his wife is greater, and men's desires are stronger. Furthermore, voluntary fasting may conflict with the wife's duties towards her home, husband, and children. The reason for the revelation of the hadith also supports this wisdom, as a husband complained that his wife fasted excessively, thereby hindering his right.
