Is it Islamically permissible for a complaint to be written in the name of another person, even if the complaint is truthful?

It is permissible to write a complaint that is free of lies, deceit, and injustice in the name of another person, provided that no harm results to the person whose name is used, and that it is for a legitimate purpose; such as appointing the writer as an agent, or to avert harm that might befall the complainant if he wrote it in his own name. However, if it leads to a violation of Sharia, such as injustice, or obtaining what is not rightfully due, or losing the justification, then it is not permissible.
