Is it permissible to boycott a father who abuses his children and wife with severe beatings, seizes their money by coercion, and deprives them of their rights, in order to avoid his evil, especially since they have no guardian other than Allah?

What a father does by beating his daughter for no reason, humiliating her, and taking her money or the money of her sisters while they are in need of it, is a sin, and he must repent. It is not permissible for a father to justify his injustice towards his children by the obligation of their obedience and righteousness towards him. A father has duties such as providing for and raising his children, and he has rights as a Muslim individual to refrain from harming people and their property. These duties are not waived from him on the pretext of their obedience, just as filial piety and obedience to parents are not waived from children.

The father must stop harming his daughter and assaulting her possessions. The daughter must obey him and treat him kindly, even if he mistreats her, and it is forbidden to sever ties with him. It is advisable to refer the matter to people of goodness and righteousness to admonish him.
