If the games produced are impermissible, then it is not permissible to donate to the producers, because that constitutes cooperation in sin. However, if the games are permissible and do not contain anything forbidden, then it is permissible to donate money to them, even if they are wealthy. It is more befitting for the donor to direct their money towards those in need and to be keen on helping those who benefit the Muslim community.
