Is the son who built a dwelling on his deceased father's land entitled to take the value of this dwelling and leave the land to be divided among the heirs?

What we advise is reconciliation and understanding between the heirs, and resolving the issue through mutual agreement and overlooking what can be overlooked. For example, either he pays the brother the value of what he built on the land, or he himself pays the value of the land to the heirs, or some of them relinquish their rights to others if possible.
