What is the ruling on wiping the ears before wiping the head, knowing that wiping the ears after the head causes hair grease to be deposited in the ears?

According to the Hanbalis, it is obligatory to wipe the outer and inner parts of the ears because they are considered part of the head. It is also recommended to wipe them with fresh water after wiping the head. The majority of scholars, however, consider wiping the ears to be a Sunnah (recommended act).
