Scholars have differed on the ruling concerning a woman looking at men without lust, and we have favored its permissibility, especially when there is a need. However, if the man is handsome, that could be a pretext for looking with lust and temptation, for Satan commands indecency and evil. A Muslim should not open the doors of evil upon themselves.
