What is the ruling on not fulfilling a vow that was from money awarded and disbursed by the court, while other money is now available, and how is the vow, whose value increased from 350 dollars to 550 dollars, to be fulfilled?

It is disliked to make a vow, but whoever vows obedience to Allah must fulfill it. If the vow is specified by a time, it must be fulfilled at its designated time, and delaying it while being able to is a sin, requiring repentance along with fulfilling the vow. However, if the vow is not specified by a time, there is no harm in delaying it. If the vowed item is a specific amount of money, then what must be given is the exact amount that was vowed, regardless of any change in its value when converted to other currencies.
