Is a wife sinful for supplicating against her husband whom she despises and is compelled to cohabit with, especially after being married to him in her childhood against her will?

It is not permissible to supplicate against the husband as long as he is not oppressing his wife, nor is it permissible to supplicate against oneself. It is obligatory to fulfill the husband's right and respond to his request for the marital bed unless there is a valid excuse. If the wife dislikes her husband and is unable to fulfill his rights, she may seek Khul' (divorce at the wife's instance) from him in exchange for compensation. The husband should agree to the Khul' in this situation. If the husband refuses and the wife is harmed by remaining with him, she may refer the matter to the judge to compel him to grant the Khul'.
