What is the ruling on inserting a finger into a wife's anus while she is asleep and not fully conscious?

You are not sinful for this action if it occurs while you are asleep, due to the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: “The pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens…”
