Do the children of the deceased sister inherit their mother's share from their deceased maternal uncle?

The children of the deceased's sister, who passed away during his lifetime, do not inherit from their maternal uncle's wealth due to the presence of the deceased's 'asabah (agnate relatives), namely his full brothers. This is because they are considered dhawu al-arham (relatives by kinship through the mother or distant relatives) who do not inherit when there are Ashab al-Furud (legal sharers) or 'asabah present. Therefore, the deceased's wealth is distributed among his three brothers and his sister, with the male receiving the share of two females.
