What was the name of the people of Prophet Noah, peace be upon him?

Noah, peace be upon him, was the first messenger after Adam. Allah sent him to the people of the earth in his time, as evidenced by the Hadith of Intercession, which mentions that people will turn to him, saying: "O Noah, you are the first of the messengers to the people of the earth, and Allah named you a grateful servant." The books of tafsir (exegesis) do not mention the attribution of Noah's people to a specific tribe or a particular human race.
