Is a single ghusl sufficient for the intention of lifting ritual impurity from multiple accumulated states of janabah and menstruation, and does ritual purity for prayer and making up missed fasts become accomplished thereby?

One must turn away from obsessive thoughts and not pay attention to them, because the best cure for obsessive thoughts is to ignore them. A single washing is sufficient to remove all impurities. If multiple impurities that necessitate ablution or a ritual bath accumulate, and one intends purification for one of them, all of them are removed. Doubt after completing an act of worship does not have an effect. One must turn to Allah and strive against obsessive thoughts because they are from the plots of Satan.
