Is marriage between a Muslim man and a Christian woman, contracted in a courthouse, considered a valid marriage in Islam?

Marriage is valid with the presence of an offer from the woman's guardian and acceptance from the husband, and in the presence of two Muslim witnesses. If any of these conditions are missing, the marriage is not valid and must be re-conducted. Allah created creation to worship Him alone, without any partner, and sent messengers to establish proof for humanity. The Seal of the Prophets is Muhammad, peace be upon him.
