The question

Is it permissible to take out a loan from an Islamic bank, either a benevolent loan (qard hasan) or a murabahah loan, at an annual rate of 6% to pay off the apartment installment, contribute to building a plot of land, and settle the wife's debt, or is borrowing restricted to necessities only?
