ما معنى كلمة "يتواجد"؟

The word "yatawajad" (يتواجد) refers to sorrow and grief in the heart, as Ibn Manzur mentioned in "Lisan al-Arab" that it means sorrow for someone or complaint. It has a special meaning among worshippers and ascetics. People have differed on whether "al-tawajud" (التواجد - a state of ecstasy or intense emotion) is acceptable for its practitioner or not. Some believe it is not acceptable due to its artificiality and the display of what is not genuinely present. Others believe it is acceptable for the sincere person who seeks true meanings, citing the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Weep, and if you cannot weep, then feign weeping."
