Juhaynah is the name of a well-known Arab tribe from ancient times. The origin of "jahn" is harshness or coarseness of the face. "Juhaynah" is a diminutive of "juhnah," which is similar to "juhmat al-layl" (the darkness of night). There is no impediment to naming with it.
