Is it obligatory to re-perform the prayers after purity if menstruation began and the woman did not realize it until after Maghrib prayer?

As long as the fasting woman is performing a voluntary fast, she is permitted to break it. Menstruation is not considered to have begun until it is actually seen, and any prayers performed prior to its appearance are valid.
