Does the supplication of an angry person for the death of an unspecified individual come to pass?

Praying for the death of sisters is forbidden, based on the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Do not pray against yourselves, nor pray against your children, nor pray against your servants, nor pray against your wealth. Do not choose a moment when Allah is asked for a grant and He answers your prayer." This prayer might be considered vain utterance in an oath, for which there is no accountability if it was due to anger, as indicated by the Almighty's saying: "And if Allah were to hasten for the people the evil [they invoke] as they hasten the good, their term would have been concluded for them." We advise frequently praying for their well-being and long life.
