What is the ruling on a person buying goods at a higher price to help a needy seller? Is this considered a form of charity and reward, or extravagance? Will Allah Almighty compensate him for this in this world or the Hereafter? And how can children be practically encouraged to do good deeds?

A man buying from his neighbor at a price higher than the market value, with the aim of helping him, is considered a good deed and an act of righteousness, not blameworthy extravagance. Rather, it is a hidden charity and one of the best means of inviting others through good example. Allah will replace what the giver spends with something better in this world or the Hereafter, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: (And whatever you spend of something, He will replace it), and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: (O Allah, grant compensation to the one who spends).
