The real issue is circumventing the website's terms and conditions, because the default for permissible conditions is validity and enforceability, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." Therefore, if the website's terms and conditions are permissible, they are binding and it is not permissible to circumvent them.
