What is the ruling on the marriage of an abductor, and what is the Sharia ruling on marrying a girl born from an abductor's marriage, whose parents were killed, and it is unknown whether she is the product of a marriage or fornication, and she lives with her aunt who refuses to marry her off and threatens anyone who proposes to her? Is it permissible to marry her, knowing that she is not committed to prayer and hijab but has the potential for commitment? And should her origin and past be taken into account when deciding to marry her?

If a "khateefa" (clandestine) marriage takes place without the guardian's permission, it is invalid according to the majority of jurists, but the lineage of the children is established through it. Challenging lineages is a major sin. It is permissible to marry a chaste Muslim woman through her legal guardian. A woman who completely abandons prayer is in grave danger; abandoning it out of denial (juhood) expels one from the faith, and abandoning it out of laziness may be considered by some scholars as disbelief that expels one from the faith. Even if it is not disbelief, it is preferable to seek a wife of religious commitment. The phrase "lineage is treacherous" (al-'irq dassaas) is a weak hadith, and what is meant by it is choosing a wife of religious commitment and good character, not her lineage.
