Is the buyer obligated to pay for the cow that died while still with the seller before its delivery?

If the sale has been concluded and the cow is left with the seller as a trust, the seller is not liable for it unless he has been negligent in its safekeeping. Therefore, the buyer must immediately pay the price of the deceased cow, unless he has agreed with the seller on installments.
