Does the phrase "Be reassured by Allah" contradict a believer's fear of hypocrisy and self-incrimination?

A Muslim fears hypocrisy and falling short in deeds; however, the phrase might intend the servant's reliance on Allah and his tranquility through obedience and righteous deeds, based on Allah’s saying: "Those who believe, and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah. Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." And tawakkul (reliance) has been interpreted as being attached to Allah, trusting in Him, and finding tranquility in Him. If the writer intended this meaning, then there is no harm. It is advised to be diligent in studying the texts of the two revelations (Quran and Sunnah), as they are free from ambiguous phrases and have a powerful effect on hearts.
