Does sin befall someone who curses Jews, thinking they are a lineage and not a religion, then realizes their mistake after uttering the curse?

The Jews to whom the message of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, reached and who did not believe in him, are disbelievers, subject to divine wrath, and threatened with Hellfire. As for those among them who embraced Islam and believed in the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, they have departed from this description and become Muslims. And the notion that they are all from one lineage is incorrect.
