What is your opinion of Ash-Shawkani's "Fath al-Qadeer" tafsir? And peace be upon you.

Ibn Kathir's Tafsir, 'Fath al-Qadir,' is good. It combines dirayah (understanding and reasoning) and riwayah (narration), mentioning the meanings of the verses, their rulings, and variant readings, followed by narrations from the imams of tafsir. However, it is criticized for its allegorical interpretation (ta'wil) of many divine attributes and for applying the verses that condemn children imitating their fathers in shirk and kufr to those who follow madhahib (schools of thought).
