As for the woman who displays her adornments and insists on not adhering to the hijab, she is disobedient. It is preferable for a Muslim man to avoid such a woman and strive to marry a religious woman. Marriage to a disobedient woman is permissible if there is no other impediment. A committed young man should choose a religious woman who adheres to the legal hijab.
