Is it permissible for a student of knowledge to publish the questions of the (aptitude) test after the exam, knowing that he signed a pledge not to publish them, and is it permissible for him to view questions that were leaked by other students?

It is not permissible to distribute the questions if the organizing body of the exam prohibits it, and the fee paid is for entering the exam. It is not permissible to view questions published on the Internet without the permission of their owners, because doing so defeats the purpose of the prohibition, and it aids those who publish them in sin, and cooperating in sin and aggression is forbidden. Also, the actions of some do not justify imitating them in publishing questions, and Muslims are bound by their conditions, so it is not permissible to infringe upon the right of the organizing body.
