Does touching a woman's vulva or her child's vulva invalidate ablution in the Hanafi school of thought?

A woman touching her private parts (vagina) invalidates her ablution (Wudu'), except according to the Hanafis, who do not consider it an invalidator, whether the woman herself touches it or someone else touches it. As for a woman touching her infant son's penis, it does not invalidate ablution according to the majority of scholars, due to the absence of the reason for invalidation in this case, and similarly, it applies even more so according to the Hanafis.
