Does the wudu' of a husband and wife become nullified when the man's penis touches his wife's vagina or vice versa, with or without feeling pleasure, in the event that there is no penetration or emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) or wady (thick white fluid)? And does their wudu' become nullified when the man touches his wife's vagina or anus with his hand, or vice versa, with or without feeling pleasure?

The opinions regarding the nullification of ablution (wudu') by a man touching a woman can be summarized into three main views:

1. The view of Abu Hanifa: Ablution is not nullified by touching a woman at all. 2. The view of Malik and the people of Medina, and the well-known opinion from Ahmad: Ablution is nullified if the touch is with lust; otherwise, it is not. 3. The view of Shafi'i: Ablution is nullified in all cases.

As for touching the private parts (farj), the preponderant opinion is that it nullifies ablution absolutely, whether it is touching one's own private parts or the private parts of another. The majority of scholars hold that touching the anus (halqat al-dubur) does not nullify ablution. The ablution of the person whose private parts are touched is not nullified, but only that of the one who touches, unless the touched person experiences pleasure, in which case their ablution is nullified according to the Malikis and Hanbalis.
